The Founder
The person behind Anomaly

Andrew Hendrich
Founder
Andrew Hendrich founded Anomaly after seeing the same administrative problems limit exceptional ABA clinics from the inside, first in Southern Colorado, then in Omaha, Nebraska: two very different markets, carrying the exact same weight of hiring, scheduling, and credentialing tracking that no clinic had the tools to make lighter.
He worked as a Registered Behavior Technician across both states. He started in Southern Colorado, working with a largely Medicaid-covered client base in a small rural town with almost no other ABA providers nearby. He then took those same skills to a completely different setting in Omaha, Nebraska, to families who came from a very different financial bracket. Along the way, he grew from RBT into Senior RBT and consulted directly with BCBA (board certified behavior analyst) supervisors and clinical leadership on operational strategy: streamlining training, improving workflows, reducing clinician turnover, and improving session quality for clientele. He's seen this industry from more than one angle, across two very different markets, not from just one singular clinic.
The glass ceilings he kept running into in both environments never touched a treatment plan or a client file. They were entirely administrative: hiring pipelines nobody could keep staffed, schedules built by hand, credentialing deadlines tracked in somebody's inbox. That's exactly where Anomaly operates, and exactly why it stops there. PHI and treatment data were never the problem, so Anomaly was never built to touch them.
He brings the same discipline to Anomaly that he built in his career as a Financial Analyst at the Fortune 200, Kiewit Corporation, where he managed Tooling and Tooling Yard operations for the Foundations district, overseeing more than $17 million in combined contract value: setting forecasts, managing cost centers, and delivering the financial reporting that kept leadership and field teams aligned. “Different industry, same core skill,” he says. “Taking full ownership of complex operations and turning them into something leadership can actually rely on.”
“In ABA, you don't guess whether a client is improving. You baseline it, track the change, and measure the result,” he says. “At Anomaly, we focus on optimizing your operations the same exact way.”
A note from a former clinical supervisor Andrew unofficially consulted with on staff training and retention during his time as a Senior RBT.
“Andrew consistently demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a positive response to feedback in his role as an RBT. He accepted constructive feedback with an open mind and uses it as an opportunity to grow and improve his ABA skills. Andrew took initiative to support staff well-being by creating surveys to identify burnout concerns and gather feedback aimed at improving the overall clinic culture. In addition, he has contributed ideas to help strengthen and improve the staff training process, promoting greater consistency and preparedness among team members. His willingness to listen, take initiative, and support both staff and clients reflects his strong commitment to continuous improvement and the success of the clinic.”
