Tell Us About Your Practice

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This site is run by Anomaly, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Anomaly,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers information you give us through this website. If we work together, the data we handle for your project is also covered by the agreement you sign with us, including its data handling terms.

What we collect

When you request a call, use our calculator, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, practice name, number of locations and employees, what you tell us about your operations, and, if you book a call, the time you choose. We also see standard website traffic data through Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies to track you individually.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for or knowingly collect protected health information (PHI) or client treatment data through this site, our forms, or our scheduling flow. Our work is scoped to administrative and operational systems, not clinical records. Please don't put patient or client information in any form on this site. If something like that ends up in a message, tell us and we will delete it.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your inquiry, set up and run your audit call, and, if we move forward together, to scope and deliver the work. If you use our calculator, we use your email address to send you your results and the ABA Operations Data Brief. If you choose to join the early list for our newsletter, The Signal, we also use it to send you that newsletter once it launches. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing hello@anomalyaii.com. We do not sell your information.

Who handles your information

We don't sell your information, and we only share it with the services we use to run this site and our business. Those are: Google Workspace (email, calendar, and the scripts and spreadsheets that handle our forms) and Vercel (website hosting and analytics). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Booking and form data

When you request a call, your details go to our own Google Workspace account (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets). After you submit, you pick a call time on a booking calendar run through Google Calendar on that same account, and Google sends you the calendar invitation and reminders. No third-party scheduling service is involved. We review each request before the call.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies of its own, and we don't use cookies to track you or show you ads. We use Vercel Web Analytics for basic traffic counts, which does not rely on cookies. After you submit the request form, a Google Calendar booking page appears on the page so you can pick a time. That page is provided by Google and loads from Google, which sets its own cookie. We don't control it. See Google’s privacy policy for details. If any of this changes, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send for as long as it helps us respond to you or, if we work together, deliver and document the work. We may keep a copy longer where the law or a dispute requires it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@anomalyaii.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
